I travelled to Bhutan recently, and everything—from the planning to the execution was awesome. The hotels were comfortable, decent and meticulously selected. 7 days in Bhutan was very well planned. The entire team was tirelessly working to provide the right input and guidance. Accommodations provided were decent. Overall Bhutan experience was alluviated by the efforts of team Navigator India.

I had recently booked a weekend Darjeeling trip with Mr Saikat Das and I have to say that he organized it very efficiently, considering the plan was absolutely last minute. He was available at the airport to receive us and was in touch with us throughout the trip. The hotel in Darjeeling was good enough overall but was thoroughly disappointed with the tour driver. Even though his driving was good enough and he was able to take us to all the sights, the driver’s general demeanor and attitude was not really good and he was always more concerned about his convenience rather than ours which never leads to good customer service. During our trip to Tiger Hills, the driver dropped us way downhill and asked us to walk uphill to reach the destination as it would be inconvenient for him to go any further. After we walked uphill to reach the spot which was a struggle for my wife and elderly parents, we noticed that several cars were dropping people at the location and then driving down for parking which should have been the approach especially for older customers. When we informed him about it, he made a few more excuses and made a comment that people visiting mountains should be ready to walk or else just sit in the car which was downright rude. The driver made a daily fuss about dropping us at the gate of out hotel (which was in a substantial uphill location), making various excuses like the road was a one way street and the lane did not allow car at the drop time due to schools etc which we soon realized were not accurate. This was totally unacceptable considering I had elderly parents with me who had to walk the uphill road to reach the hotel. The final straw was the last day when he asked us to walk downhill with our luggages giving a similar excuse which was refuted by the hotel staff. I had to highlight this to Mr Saikat after which he picked us from the hotel entrance. I usually hate complaining about every minor issue in a trip but when traveling with elderly parents there should be certain courtesy extended which was totally lacking. As someone who travels a lot, having a tour driver who just speaks when spoken to and is not willing to communicate at all and only concerned with somehow completing the trip, it does not really make the trip that much fun. While i really appreciate the approach of Mr Saikat Das, i would like to suggest that he needs to ensure that the tour driver is a bit more professional especially from customer handling/communication perspective to make the trip a joyous one for the customers.

I'm sorry for the delay in writing this review Mr. Saikat, but I wanted to share my wonderful experience of the trip to Bhutan in September 2024, organized by Navigator IND. From start to finish, the trip was fantastic. I traveled from Mumbai to Bhutan, and everything was planned so well. The hotels you selected were great, comfortable and in perfect locations. We had enough time to rest and enjoy the places we visited without feeling rushed. The itinerary was also very well planned, with a good balance of sightseeing and relaxation. We got to see a lot of places with the pace was just right. The best part of the trip was the two guides you arranged for us, both named Chiring! They were both incredible — calm, friendly, and composed. I honestly think they were the best guides I’ve ever had. Overall, the trip was worth every penny I paid. Everything from start to finish was excellent, and I’m really grateful to you, Mr. Saikat, and the whole team at Navigator for making it such a memorable experience. I’ll definitely recommend Navigator to my friends and family for their future trips.

Organization of tour by Mr Das is admirable! Well coordinated and timely feedback of tour is appreciated. Hotel arrangements was perfect. I all our gangtok Darjeeling tour package was incredible.

Gangtok + Darjeeling tour: It was really a well coordinated tour. We were really happy with the care taken by Saikat das but for the hotel at Darjeeling, which could have been better with Lift facility. We were able to cover all key places in Gangtok but in Darjeeling, there was heavy traffic (May month) and the delay in reaching spots makes you change your itinerary. The drivers contracted were good and they speak Hindi well. Thanks Saikat Das for the great experience..

Splendid,One of the best tour operator, Mr.Das, Mr Gaurav all did their operation very systematically, we as a friends all enjoyed, satisfied. The hotels , especially in Pheunoshiling was ?? great The hotels in Thimpu, can be upgraded The Resort.in Paro was very nice, too good. Navigator made a well organised trip for my family in Bhutan. The hotels and itinerary was also good.We finished the tour smoothly .I would definitely recommend Navigator for Bhutan trip.

We had a pretty pleasant and comfortable 4 day trip to Darjeeling. Fooding and stay at the Taksa Hotel was excellent too.

It was a great trip hosted by Mr. Saikat Das. We booked the 3Nights lachung lachen trip from gangtok and all our needs were taken care of. The hotels provided were amazing with great views. The cab driver was also very friendly. Would surely recommend it to my friends and family!

Very well tour organized by Mr.. Saikat. We covered North Sikkim, Gangtok and Pelling. Navigator took care of all hotels, car, driver, permits everyday. He would personally call everyday to ensure we had no issues and to inform us of the next day itinerary. Hotel quality and food in North Sikkim was excellent. Hotel in Pelling could have been better in terms. Staff at all hotels were however very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Navigator India for your next tour to Sikkim.

Mr Saikat Das was very cooperative, well behaved and was organized well. But I felt that he could have provided better hotels as I have paid good amount for the package tour.

We went to the ever so beautiful North Sikkim through Navigator, it was an amazing trip. The hotels were really good as well as our tour driver. Everything was corodinated to perfection by Mr. Saikat! Recommended 100/100!

Our trip to North Sikkim for 3 nights, encompassing Gurudongmar Lake, Yumthang and Yumesamdong was planned excellently by Navigator India, courtesy Mr Saikat Das. Full credit goes to Mr Das for arranging the hotel bookings, vehicle and permits. The vehicle itself was very comfortable, and the driver, Mr Raaz, was very friendly and approachable. Not once did we face any hassle or problem during our entire trip. Mr Das and his tour agency will be our first choice for any future trips in this region. Overall, it was a memorable experience for me and my friends.
