Itinerary

Day 1: Siliguri / Bagdogra to Kalimpong

• Pickup from NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport. Meet & greet by Navigator India’s representative.
• Drive to Kalimpong (75 km/ approx. 3–3.5 hrs)

On the way

• Teesta River
  Enjoy scenic river views and take short photo breaks.

Evening

• Free time to relax or explore local market

Overnight in Kalimpong

Day 2: Kalimpong Sightseeing & to Gangtok

After breakfast start your morning sightseeing

• Deolo Hill – Highest point in Kalimpong with wide views of mountains and valleys.
• Durpin Monastery – Peaceful place with beautiful surroundings and prayer halls.
• Pine View Nursery – Famous for rare cactus and plant collections.

Later

• Drive to Gangtok (73 km/ approx. 2.5–3 hrs)

Evening

• Walk at MG Marg

Day 3: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake

Start early morning for high-altitude excursion

Sightseeing

• Tsomgo Lake (12,300 ft/ 3750 meters) (40km/ approx. 2 hrs drive)
  A beautiful glacial lake surrounded by mountains. Changes colour with seasons.
• Walk around the lake & enjoy the beauty.

Optional: Cable car ride & yak ride at Tsomgo Lake

Return to Gangtok by evening.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 4: Gangtok city tour

After breakfast start your full day city tour of Gangtok

• Rumtek Monastery – 16^th Century monastery & the Buddhist head quarter of India.
• Tashi View Point – Enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Kanchenjunga on a clear day. Great place to start the day.

• Ganesh Tok – A small temple with a beautiful hilltop view of the city.
• Enchey Monastery – A calm monastery known for its spiritual vibe and traditional architecture.
• Flower Exhibition Centre –Displays seasonal flowers and orchids. A colorful and refreshing stop.
• Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom – See local artisans at work. Good place to buy authentic souvenirs.
• Namgyal Institute of Tibetology – Learn about Tibetan culture, history, and rare manuscripts.

Day 5: Gangtok to Pelling

• After breakfast, drive to Pelling (4–5 hrs)

Evening:

• Relax at hotel with Kanchenjunga view (weather permitting)

Day 6: Pelling Sightseeing

After breakfast start your full sightseeing tour of Pelling

Sightseeing

• Pemayangtse Monastery – One of the oldest monasteries in Sikkim with rich history.
• Rabdentse Ruins & Bird Park – Remains of the old Sikkim capital with scenic forest trail.
• Sky Walk Pelling & Chenrezig Statue – Walk on a glass bridge with amazing valley views with aA large statue of Buddha visible from far away.
• Khecheopalri Lake – A holy lake surrounded by forest. Locals consider it wish-fulfilling.
• Kanchendzonga Falls

Day 7: Pelling to Darjeeling

• After breakfast, drive to Darjeeling (70km/ 4–5 hrs)

On the way

• Enjoy the scenic view of Himalayas.

• Visit Mall Road Darjeeling

Day 8: Darjeeling Sightseeing

Early morning visit to

• Tiger Hill – Famous for sunrise views over Kanchenjunga. On clear days, you may spot Everest.
• Batasia Loop – A spiral railway track with a garden and war memorial.
• Ghoom Monastery – One of the oldest monasteries with a peaceful atmosphere.

After breakfast, continue sightseeing

• Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park – Home to rare animals like red panda and snow leopard.
• Himalayan Mountaineering Institute – Learn about mountaineering history and Everest expeditions.
• Tenzing Rock – Popular spot for adventure lovers and photos.
• Teagarden (outer view) – Darjeeling is famous for producing best quality tea in the world.
• Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda Darjeeling – A calm place with panoramic views and spiritual vibes.

Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 9: Darjeeling to Bagdogra / Siliguri

• After breakfast, drive back to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport
• Tour ends with beautiful memories
