Sandakphu is the highest peak of West Bengal with an elevation of 3636 meter. It is basically a trekking route but. You can always opt for a Jeep Safari to Sandakphu. you can have amazing views of Himalayas with clouds. In April & May the region blooms with Rhododendron, Orchid & Magnoolia. From Jannyary to March you can witness a snowfall. From October to December there will be clear sky and you will have an excellent view of Mt. Kanchendzonga.

Day 01: Siliguri/Bagdogra to Darjeeling (90 km. / Approx time 3.30 hrs)

Welcome to Sandakphu Trek . On arrival at Siliguri (NJP) railway station or Bagdogra (IXB) airport meet & greet by Navigator India’s representative. Transfer from Siliguri/Bagdogra to Darjeeling through lush green tea gardens & undulating hills. Check into hotel & rest of the day is t leisure.

Day 02: Darjeeling sight seeing.

03.30 hrs: Wake up call
04.00 hrs: Drive to Tiger Hill (sunrise point), Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop.
08:00 hrs: Breakfast
09:00 hrs: Half day sight seeing to Himalayan Mountaineering (HMI) & Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Peace Pagoda, Japanese Temple, Tea garden (outer view), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Self-Help Refugee Centre (Sunday closed) etc.
02:00 hrs: Lunch (own cost).  Afternoon free.

Day 03: Darjeeling to Maneybhanjan. Maneybhanjan to Tonglu/Tumling

09.00 hrs: Welcome tea at Maneybhanjan. Receive your “FOOD PACK” for trekking. Start trekking for Tumling (Approx 11 km. / 5-6 hrs.)
15.00 hrs: Reach Tumling. Enjoy your lunch. Afternoon free.

Day 04: Trekking Tonglu/ Tumling to Kalipokhri (Approx 14 km. / 5-6 hrs)

07.30 hrs: Breakfast. Receive your “FOOD PACK” for trekking.
08.30 hrs: Start trekking from Tumling to Kalipokhri (Kalpokhri).

Day 05: Trek from Kalipokhri to Sandakphu (Approx 7 km. / 4-5 hrs)

Day 07: Trekking Srikhola to Rimbik. Rimbik to Darjeeling (Approx 55 km. / 4.30 hrs)

09.00 hrs: Start trekking from Srikhola to Rimbik (Approx 6 km. / 2 hrs).

Day 08: Darjeeling to Siliguri/Bagdogra

Today is your farewell day for your Sandakphu Trek . Drive back to Siliguri (NJP)/ Bagdogra (IXB) through lush green tea gardens & undulating hills for your onward journey with happy memories to cherish.
